East TN here, in between Chattanooga and Cleveland. Great in the winter, spring and fall here, terrible in the summer unless your on the water or just like 90+ degrees for three months and high humidity.

We just got back from 2 weeks of camping near pigeon forge. My wife wants to move there bad!!!

We've had some miserable seasons in the past two decades. It's nice to not be in one of them right now.
