I watch the fly boys all the time, this was definitely not that.
And the closest base to where this place is would be Altus which is quite a ways south.
Besides in all my years of being in the military I don't remember ever seeing anything that can sit still then take off like lightning straight up and then instantly change direction and disappear out of sight in a flash.
