What type of elk gets the biggest antlers in the US and where? Can I go for 12K?

A touch eh haha I bet he paid a fortune in trophy fees.. you should call some of the outfitters here in Oregon in some of the bigger bull units. We are not known for alot of bulls over 350 but. Pretty sure even here an outfitter tag in the big 3 is 15k .. I'll ask some guys if you like?
