What to do in Fairbanks AK?

I enjoy taking a cruise up the steese highway, might see caribou, moose or bears. Eagle summit is pretty awesome view. Latitude 65 and Hoodoo brewery are on the list. Pumphouse or pikes landing are also pretty good.

Wow and I thought Casper was a pit..... heading to Fairbanks for 10 days the second week of June so maybe we'll have some luck killing time?

Delta Junction is pretty cool, little over an hour from North Pole, about as close to real agriculture in Alaska as you can get now that Palmer is nothing but subdivisions. Museum, cool restaurants, local barley brewrey, neat views, bison are fairly frequent in the winter less so in summer but could still get lucky.
