I see the NRA pulled it's sponsorship of the Harrisburg Gun Show and subsequently, the promoter suspended the show. What you don't read is the reason. The people where the show was supposed to be held actively are against AR type rifles and requested that none would be it/in the show or for sale.

The NRA is all about preserving the Second Amendment and the Constitution. I can't fault them, however, many vendors and others depend on that revenue, something your government don't take into account.

The impact of Feinstein's bill or for that matter, any of the gun bangers agenda's will adversely impact employment. The firearm industry and related industries employ many thousands of people whos employment feeds their families and makes them productive citizens.

I still maintain that this whole scenario is based entirely on Obama's Socialst agenda and nothing more. He wants to make everyone subjects of his Socialist empire.

He needs to go. Actually, all the Beltway Bozo's need to go. We need to get back to less government control and more citizen control. It's supposed to be 'We the People' not 'We the government'.

So yes, the end game is certainly civil disobedience if the current idiots keep playing their brain dead games (for their own agendas btw.) I prefer a more diplomatic approach but, at some point it may explode. I believe legal firearm owners have had about enough crap and it is CRAP. Political manuvering for their (legislators) gain. Nothing more.

I believe what Obama don't realize is this thing is bigger than he is, or Pelosi, or Feinstein or Cumo or any of them. Firearm ownership crosses all lines, racial, ethnic, income, party affiliation, religion, every established reference.

I believe Obama is so full of himself (ant the rest of the Beltway Bozo's) that they can't see the big picture, or don't want to because paramount in their minds are political advancement, a socialist playing field and absoulute control over the citizens. That coupled with their inflated egos will be their demise in the end. Obama will certainly 'groom' a like minded candidate to take his place and continue the advancement of socialistic values. It will be up to all of us to research each candidate and ignore the State Run Media hyperbole and make an educated decision. party affiliation notwithstanding.

I also believe that this current debacle will mark a turning point in the politics of this country. People have had enough for the most part. I certainly don't need big brother telling me when I can fart, thats my choice, I'm an adult.

What they have succeeded in doing is inflaming the tempers of millions and millions of citizens through rank stupidity and an ego trip on their part.

Join the NRA. Donate to the NRA and support the NRA as well as your local sanctioned by the NRA orgainzations. I realize and I've said it before, that there are other pro-firearm organizations out there, but we need to support the one with the most clout, the best legal team and the most established and thats the NRA by far.

Without the NRA we wll all be labeled as criminals (like the NYC Police Force is) because they can't load more than 7 rounds in their magazines or they violate Cumo's legislation.

He needs to go to.

Come election time, never, never forget whats occuring and never forget that despite what the incumbents promise, look at their record concerning what we hold dear, and the Constitution and vote accordingly.

I care less what party it is. I look entirely at the voting record, always. Talk is always cheap. Actions speak volumes.

Ok, sorry guys, but this is going to be a little bit off of the subject of guns, but not really. Sorry I haven't been on for a while, but I was busy trying to educate liberals and doing research before I got super sick at the end of last week.

You all need to do some research on the UN's Agenda 21. Basically, this pile of garbage is heading toward a single world government (UN?) that is 100% communist, and they are hiding behind the idea of sustainable development. The end goal is that no citizens may own anything. The government will control every aspect of your life. It has already begun in the US with all of the nanny state garbage, clean energy programs, and changes in the education system. People will be removed from areas of the nation, including where many of us live, and forced to live in giant cities stacked on top of each other. This has been going on since 1992, and it explains many of the changes that we are seeing in all aspects of our nation. It is truly scary as hell! Google UN Agenda 21 to see for yourselves what this is all about. It explains a lot, including what several ranchers here have experienced. They have been offered moneyt, form government officials, to keep cattle off of their ground. The fine print shows that the government can come take the land at the end of the contract though. All of these areas are in places where people would not be allowed to live under Agenda 21. I would try to stay clear of Glenn Beck and others so you can get a more objective look and see for yourselves.

What does all of this have to do with guns? It's simple, Obama and other government officials know that "we" will not stand for something like this to happen. There will be a civil war before they can disintegrate the U.S. and funnel it into some global government. So, they are trying to disarm us and do away with this threat. They are starting this now with an "assault rifle" ban in the U.S., and they are trying to do it globally with the UN arms treaty. As you guys look this up a lot of things will make sense. Check it out, and I hope it isn't too late to turn around!

+1 on the unilaterial treaty, which, by the way, the NRA fought hard against if you remember back last summer.....

I don't want to be part of the EU, in fact I want this contry to adopt a policy of protectionism, impose hefty tarrifs on imported goods and get the chinks the hell out of everything we consume.

Obama probably wears suits made in some Pacific Rim sweatshop... He must. The clothing industry here has been eliminated by cheap imports.

Even my Eberlestock pack was made in, guess where.... China. What a disaster.
