so i was going to shoot some handloads i made up.
drove to my place 45m away.
unpacked, setup the bench and put on the safety equipment.
then realized i left the chrono at home
by the time i packed up, went home, got the garmin, drove back. it wouldve been starting to get dark. uggh

Wife and I are both just starting to get over whatever we got just before Christmas. The sickest that either of have been in the 35 or so years that we've know each other. Made for kinda sucky holidays!


So watching tv and watching the first snow (a dusting or two previously) of the season for us! memtb

I sat at home with a head cold I picked up New Year's Day. I resize a bit of 6 ARC brass til I got tired then went and sat back down

We went to our little cabin in the mountains and dealt with all the new snow that had accumulated. Could have been much worse but our wonderful neighbors had helped us out some. So we were able to clean things up good enough to get in and will continue to work on it tomorrow. Have a great day everyone.

Went and watched a rematch of last season's NAIA Women's National semi final game between Carroll and Providence. Providence won the semi final but Carroll won today in a tight game all the way through.

Below zero all day. Tended the wood stove. Waiting on injector o rings, did some cooking & adjusted some triggers to try to get them as close as possible

Walked to the coffee shop. Loaded some 308 win for testing, Loaded some 6.5x55 for pressure checking. Installed a new shower head. Played with my grandson, Cooked up some mule deer steaks. Sipped some Johnnie Walker Green. Told myself for the 10,000 time I am going straighten the garage and keep it organized. Flipped back and forth for the 20th time should I sell my Tacoma and by an F-150.

Loaded up some 300 PRC for the son-in-law, 181g Hammer Hunters. Also, loaded up some McGuire Ballistics 160g Copper Rose for my 7PRC!

Hauled my skid steer home Plowed snow and put hay out for the cows. Adjusted the stock on my new Browning x Bolt 2. I think I'm gonna like this rifle…
