As stated above a bushing die is a poor choice for reducing the neck diameter and you will end up inducing neck runout.
At the Whidden custom die website they tell you a non-bushing full length die produces the most concentric cases.
Converting the cases from .300 Win Mag to 7mm may cause you more work and headaches than you need or want. And it would be far simpler to chamber the rifle in 7mm Remington magnum and have ready made brass.
And remember what Jack O'Conner said.................the .270 Winchester is the worlds best non-belted magnum.
