What made you choose the varmint barrel as to the #4 .750.? Seeking perspectives.
Are you going with a bdl hinged or dbm Wyatt box?

To be honest I didn't think about it too much. The guy who is putting the riffle together suggested the varmint and I think the weight wont make much difference from the #4. The varmint is in between a Proof sendero light and sendero which feels about where I want to be. The #4 is a slightly smaller contour than a Proof sendero light.
Overall I'm expecting the rifle to be just under 10lbs ready to shoot with a Zeiss V8 2.8-20x56 scope.
