What’s the most interesting thing you have cooked?

Hey, I've tried Eskimo ice cream, not a fan. Muctuk, not a fan of that either. Eskimo donuts are really good, just fried bread dough. Seal was ok, pretty fishy tasting though. I ate some of everything that was on the table in a small native village on the Colville River
Take Care

I worked at the hog kill Willson Foods plant in Monmouth, Ill. for 8 years, night shift cleanup on the kill floor. One of my day shift pals on the kill floor left a chitlin bucket of mountain oysters for me every day, sometimes two buckets full. I cooked a few at home but the rest went to my in-laws that were absolutely crazy for them.

Something I will never eat are chitlins. Part of my job was cleaning the chitlin operation.

have tried about everything in the woods and waters down south.
Home made Rabbit sausage was the most interesting. It was some kinda dry!
Edit.
Fried catalpa worms were unique.
I haven't had rabbit in a really long time. Last spring we were in a farmers market style grocery store and they had rabbit in the frozen meat area. I asked my daughter (7 at the time) if we should get some for Easter dinner. She didn't find that idea as amusing I did

I told her we eat the Thanksgiving mascot, why not the Easter bunny?
