A 30mm maintube, 50mm objective lens, and a side focus parallax correction dial – all these were added to the basic 4.5-14x to produce the Vari-X III 4.5-14x50mm Long Range Tactical scope. With increased elevation travel for longer shots and a side mounted parallax correction for parallax correction from the shooting position, this is an excellent tactical scope choice.
