Wanting to build 7mm BR Rem carbine.

I'm wanting to build a carbine with my xp-100 pistol action. I'd like a standard taper barrel, 18"to 18.5" in a model seven laminated stock. I want ti stick with the single shot. I'm looking for intel on barrel maker and gunsmith recommendations. I'm not cheap but I'm wanting to build a woods hunting rig not a competition gun. TIA
