Wanted to show a Remington 700 drop-in bullpup chassis I've been developing

Keep us posted. I am looking at building a compact and light weight hunting rifle in 6.5 creed and never thought of your chassis till today would be really cool

Hey if it is a quality product made in the USA which it seems to be, I will be happy to pony up for a T3 version when you release it.

On a side note I know you mentioned it is currently 5lbs and getting lighter. With the use of a carbon fiber barrel shroud and any other carbon fiber parts that could be switched without ruining stiffness etc. what do you think the lightest this stock could be?I'd be really interested in building a LRH rig off this in a comfortable carrying weight so it was not only light but also compact while still giving me the barrel length to really reach out there!

I second this. Exactly what I am thinking of for my next build but it has to be ultra light. No sense using a carbon barrel and ti action to put weight back in the chassis.

It wouldn't be Easter if I didn't shoot the thing for some groups tomorrow :)

Guys, finally shot it this morning. Got busy Easter weekend, and haven't had much free time until now.

Thing works GREAT. Shot two shots, moved in and a 3 shot group was dead on. Not a great group, about .75", but that's the 3, 4, and 5th shot from a new barrel...I also haven't shot in a few months haha.

Immediately went to 400 and 500 and was putting shots right next to each other. Was short on time, but there will be much more to follow, and now that I know there aren't any internal issues the next version will be started shortly.

It's been a while but we've refined the whole trigger/linkage assembly process to make a easy for the consumer, and tested the bolt extension a bunch. Obviously this is a proof of concept extension and it will look more refined...but it works well!

That being said, V3 starting <2 weeks. We are doing a "beta customer" program, selecting a few folks to get their chassis well before anyone else, if any of you are interested. We have a stack of people wanting a chassis as soon as they're available, and we are selecting 5 or so based on their shooting experience.
