Want to post nice ram pic but...

Can anyone please school me in on how to insert a photo FROM: "My Pictures" TO: a new thread posting. When I click on Insert image a "Please enter URL of my image" message comes up. I don't know what the URL of said pic is but...if someone would be kind enough to give me a step by step I would be honored to jazz up the forum with a ram pic worthy of posting. Thanks,

You have to host the picture first. LRH cannot host for you. Go to www.imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com and get the picture hosted. Then copy THAT URL into the Insert Picture pop-up.
