got it all put together using a go gauge a one piece of scotch tape on the back of it. and dang it was to use 2 pieces of scotch tape for proper head space.
that barrel is sweet though.

glad you got it together! I'll expect a full report later. Waiting on things is slowly killing me....I just found a range to go to, and am getting an application to join the club tomorrow....Totally happy for you that you got your barrel

I have had a build going since January. All that I am waiting on is the stock from Greybull Precision. The stock should be here in a few days. Can't wait!
It will be a 7mm wsm throated for 180 gr bergers.

I'm glad someone got their barrel!
I've been waitin' since Feb 12!!
I believe I could've filed and drilled my barrel with a cutoff and air drill by now.
I hope to see something SOON though, you sure were lucky getting your barrel back from limbo/shipping I sent a rifle back to Davidsons for a client and a UPS man decided to have it for himself! UPS insurance is pretty good but seems like we all get to do the expecting hunter drill whenever we have to ship.
Looks pretty good! I'm waitin' to hear the good shootin' too!

very tight tolerances. i have 100 rounds that worked fine in the factory barrel.
i need to resize all my brass. you got to bury the brass when resizing form to work..
now reloading 210 bergs, 220 s matchking, 200 accubond.
or may be 230 bergs.

got to the range today finaly. I am using loads from the other barrel. they are hand loads but just to factory specs to fit mag
210 bergers 3.60 coal
89 retumbo
Now just to compare the size of the rifle.

first 8 shots with cleaning between each.

next 10 still cleaning between

1st 3 shot group

next 3 shot group. the 3rd shot is there some where
