I have Volquartsen 10/22 stainless steel receiver for sale. It has approximately 30 rounds cycled through it. It is stainless not black. Comes with the two studs to hold the trigger assembly in and the volquartsen recoil buffer. Asking $200.00 plus shipping to your nearest ffl dealer. Sells normally well over $300.
