I'm in Sherwood, OR. Why can't most of you ship it? Here in OR we just need an ORM-D label and pay a hazmat fee and its good to go. Of course I'd cover the hazmat fee and shipping. I buy powder online all the time - are you saying there are individual state laws that prevent it from being shipped?
