Powder is measured used a beam balance. I haven't done any of the measuring of the cases, projectiles (don't have the tools yet).
I am not so concerned about the velocity difference, just the way the bullets were patterning on the target. The bullets were hitting further apart than just the effects of velocity difference, but similar velocities were grouping close together.
I thought it was a barrel harmonics/vibration issue. By changing the load and velocity I hope to find a harmonic or "node" that is less sensitive to velocity differences.
