With the help I received from past posts, I came up with a spreadsheet "calculator" to use the BDC reticle on the Nikon Buckmasters 3-9X40 BDC as a Rangefinder. Thought I would share it. Hope it helps. Just insert the target size (e.g. back-to-brisket dimension) and read the range for multiple subtensions.

It can be used on a smartphone as well in the field. The android app Quickoffice works well with it.

Feel free to use it to create range calculator for your scopes.

EDIT: Noob mistake. I forgot to try to attach file and then discovered I cannot attach an Excel file. I will try to do it some other way, or you can contact me if you are interested.
