Turrets block brass from ejecting. Ever see this before?

As a Retired Wild Life Officer/43 years as a Hunter Education Instructor. I have seen a lot of strange solutions for firearm problems.. One solution I have seen on several rifles with tight ejection clearance. Take the scope and turn it 90 Degrees Counter Clockwise. Now you must use the Elevation Turrent for Windage. And the Windage turrent for Elevation. Now UP becomes Left, Down becomes Right, Right becomes Up, Left becomes Down. A few scopes you can trade the turrent plates. Want to have your thoughts together, And your head on straight, When zeroing the rifle in. I have helped zero a couple of these setups. We drew and wrote the correct moves on a piece of paper, Had the drawing laying on the bench by the rifle.
