Well I had just glass bedded this rifle about a week ago.(my first real rifle bed job) First time I had removed a trigger. Easy peasey!
So, all in all, digging around for tools, going through the safety checks etc I had this in the gun in under an hour.
I did dremel polish the trigger slot in the action just a shade. I just thought it was a shade to snug on the trigger assembly.
Otherwise there was zero inletting. Everything had plenty of room, bolt release worked great. Safety is awesome. My boys even noticed how much smoother it is than a factory safety.
Myself, my 12 year old, and my 9 year old could detect zero creep. They are convinced that these triggers are really bad, because now they think we should get one for every rifle.
We adjusted the pull up a little, and then back down to where it was. Counting the clicks is an awesome feature. Having a scope that tracks is a must, and having a trigger that "tracks" is just awesome! This rifle was a bear to shoot with a 7 lb factory trigger. All it went down to was 5 lbs. This trigger has made this gun a joy to shoot now. BOOM, in your face, never knew it was coming shooting, and it broke the exact same weight on the scale every time. We each tested it 3 times(9 total) with the scale.
Very very glad I took the plunge with this trigger! Thanks a bunch TT!
