Trigger spring question

I have a Tikka T3X in 300 WM. Although the trigger is very good for a production rifle I have read positive comments about the Elay Precision spring for the T3X. I have my Tikka trigger set at 3 lbs. for hunting purposes, but was wondering if the Elay spring would improve trigger function even if I don't want to reduce the weight?
Your comments/suggestions would be appreciated.

Polishing the internals, removing some of the high spots with a fine India or ceramic stone will improve function, and it may make improvements to the pull weight, also. A spring is not a trigger job.

I put a yodave spring in, took about 5 minutes. I also tightened it way up to get the tension about the same as it was (3ish lb) for hunting.
It is not a trigger job but I feel like it is slightly better, just a smidge, worth the $15.
