Key word Interm TS/SCI and they still need a background check, and chances are they still going to go thru a check might not be complete but a check, and SCI is the kicker they will not have access to programs not under job title. Don't like executive orders, would prefer the congress do it's job promptly.

Not a huge fan of even those I like working in the grey area the separation of powers.

With that said, the opposition is going to slow roll intelligence appointments, and we're funding a war with three hot spots putting our young men in cross hairs. After what milley openly bragged about in 21, he's got to figure out a way to get some form of accurate information. We're absurdly funding a hot war with another super power, we have no accounting for what's become of the money... how vast the casualties... or what each sides realistic demands are. Nor have our countries contacted each other since February of 22 in any form of diplomatic fashion.

As much as it bothers me, he's got to get allies eyeballs on what's actually going on before realistic diplomacy can occur.

All so they can wait for their application of references to go back 10 years or so, while some dude with "credentials" can go talk to these "references" and ask if you're a terrorist.

Either way, didn't stop Mark Milley from giving up military movements and strategies to the Chinese.

All so they can wait for their application of references to go back 10 years or so, while some dude with "credentials" can go talk to these "references" and ask if you're a terrorist.

100%. The simple fact that Milley, Fauci, and the entire J6 committee did not decline Biden's preemptive pardons suffices as adequate evidence of criminal behavior to convince the voting majority of citizens that we put our confidence in the best place last November.

What's more left wing rags like Newsweek have utterly fouled their reputations to the extent that they collectively should be ignored by a free and intelligent electorate. In short, when the deranged power and war mongering lefties start screeching about Trump's application of the unmitigated authority of Office of the President, I sleep better…

The president is the classifying authority, it logically makes sense that he should also be able to grant clearances.

How do you feel about a Top Secret security clearance being issued without going through the security check process?

I didn't know the process to get a TSC, But when I was stationed at Malstrom I was told it wouldn't take much to lose it if you didn't fly straight and they said we can't use you without one. So that meant goodbye>

I had TS with CNWDI (Critclal nuclear weapons design information) and the background was extensive. They spoke with my high school principal, neighborhood kids where I grew up. I think it needs to be like that.
