Tool Free Adjustable Comb Riser

Working on customizing my synthetic Sako .338 LM Stock. I would like to install an adjustable comb riser - preferably a type that can be adjusted without a tool. I am planning on cutting the existing stock and installing it, not an added piece. Any suggestions for hardware? I have looked at Atlasworxs (requires a tool) and Kalixteknik (tool-less), but I don't know anything about either manufacturer and figure there are more options than these. Thanks in advance for your help.

I've honestly never heard or seen such a thing, I'm curious what you will do with the "exposed" part of the stock after it's cut?

It is an older model TRG, TRG-S, with a sporter, synthetic stock - M995 Action. Nothing is adjustable.
