Timiny trigger= stiff safty

Timneys are a little fatter. I've seen most needing inletting and perhaps some opening of the trigger gap.

In my case it wasn't the stock for sure because the trigger worked great for about five years only about 3000 rounds or so

The tang safety button may have been installed backwards.....

So far, huntsman22 is the only one who has it right. The Ruger .22 American series uses a TANG STYLE SAFETY. With the rush for some to supply a response, most all the posts, so far, have been directed to the safety lever being like a 700.
