Tikka T3x scope base screw help!

Trying to mount a scope on a friends Tikka T3x using Talley base/ring combo. The base screws appear to be the incorrect thread/pitch. Anyone know the exact screw required? Do I just need to clean up the threads?

They come with plastic screws from the factory and I usually have to just punch them out which leaves residue behind. Sometimes makes the base screws feel a little sticky.

Thanks. Ran a spare screw I had through them & worked out ok.
