Tikka T3x in 300 WSM?

Thinking of a new elk rifle. Does the Tikka T3x in 300 WSM
have enough magazine length to load long .308 bullets?

You can install a long action bolt stop and use long action magazines to allow 3.4" OAL

I bought a 300 win mag to build a 7 SAUM, but I am now going a different route. Feeds just as good from the longer mags.

A 300wm/wsm in a tikka is a miserable rifle to shoot without a brake/suppressor. I believe it's a combination of weight and stock design. I've never had a rifle bruise me, except my old tikka 300.

I bought a T3X superlight. Green stock with the blued, fluted barrel and it's headed to the gunsmith for a brake as soon as I get it home

I don't think recoil will be a problem with suppressor, but I do realize that light weight = more recoil. My 28 Nosler at 12 lbs with bipod and 26" barrel was too heavy for me carrying on elk hunt this year.
