Tikka t3 lite 308 load

I've always had good luck with H4895 ,BLC2,Varget,and recently Alliant MR2000 .
Most .308's that I've had, had 10 twist barrels and did really well with 165 GK or Speer 165 BT . If your after deer the 150s from Sierra,Nosler,Speer,or Hornady work well to 4 or 500 yards.

My T3 .308 Lite shot the 168 Amax and 150 gr TTSX pretty well. As mentioned, if you can find some Varget, scoop it up. Does very well in a .308. I also had good luck with RL-15.

I have been loading for 308 45 years and you can use just about any medium burn rate powder I like varget but it is hard to get around here now imr 4064 works as well as does RL15 even imr 8208 works 175 Mk and 168 Amax for targets and 150 Nosler BT and 168 Nosler LRAB 178 Hornady ELD-X 165 Sierra GK for hunting the list goes on and on good luck with what ever you pick

Sure wish my tikka 308 was that easy to load for!! Lol. Think my next try will be RE 33lll.
