Got my new 7 saum build finished tikka action with a proof sendero. With my med rings on my vx5 3-18x44 the objective is touching the factory barrel was pencil barrel t3lite. I'd like to install a 20 moa rail and wondering if I should go with low or med with the rail. I'd prefer the lower the better with the rail. If anyone's ran into this I'd appreciate any info.

Low should work fine. I have a 20 Moa rail on my tikka with a 50mm scope in medium rings and it clears my proof sendero with plenty of room.
I try and use lows, I use medium on my 56mm scopes
