Do a lot of Tikka owners use their rifles for long range hunting? I am thinking about buying one, but would like some input as to their usefulness in the long range arena.

I've taken game out to 721 yds with my T3 in 270 wsm.

They are exceptionally accurate out of the box and with a few modifications, shoot VLDs without a problem

I'm currently building an F(T/R) 223 on a T3 action as well.

Maybe Tikkamike can chime in with some personal anecdotes as well

Yep I'd be interested, Tikka runs a little shy in aftermarket stuff at the moment. I picked up a very nice 300wm recently, I really like the triggers and the two guns I have are excellent shooters.
