Goodmorning, I have been looking for a Tikka super varmint with 8tw bbl. I've been frustrated trying to get any response from Tikka about this offering. Not interested in another caliber or manufacturer. Any advice or help on possibly locating this rifle would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at Gunbroker. Lots of SVs listed. Got my 6.5 Creedmoor SV from there for 1500 on Take a Shot. Love mine.

I've bought a few, Lefty Tikka's from, Sportsman's Warehouse over, the Years. Check to see If, you have One, in your Area.
They have Some GOOD "Sales" from, time to time.
All of, mine have Been, Tikka, SS, T-3 Lites,.. the NON-Fluted Versions and they All,.. "Shoot",.. Well !

Sportsmans warehouse actually has the exact model I want except for the 8twist bbl. This is the roadblock I have come up against trying to find this. Emails to Tikka have gone unanswered for several weeks which makes me wonder if this company is someone I actually want to deal with if they can't answer a simple email!

What's more important, an 8 twist or 22-250. So far, the only Super Varmints I've seen in 22- 250 have been 14 twist.

Tikka has some models that aren't offered in the US for some reason. This may be the case, as I can only find the SV 22/250 with a 1:14 twist.

I'd call Eurooptic and ask to see if they know if the 1:8 22/250 SV is available in the states.

Have you actually looked at the barrel to confirm it's a 14

With how much super varmints cost I'd be very tempted to buy a lite and put a nice barrel on it for less money. You'll get 150$ for the 22-250 lite barrel

They advertise it as the 14"twist version of the two. They are separate model numbers also.
