Tikka 300wm to a 7saum question about the clip and barrel length.

Is your tikka a T3 or a T3X?

I think from what I've read is that some of the earlier T3 LA Magnum cases won't quite fit/feed the fatter SAUM case, but all new current LA Magnum mags should work just fine.

This is correct, I've tried 2 t3 mags and the saum cases will fit but don't move well at all

No issues with my 7saum from t3 long action mags. Actually functions better than aftermarket high dollar ones. I'm curious why some would have feed issues. They should all be the same and all 7saum brass should be the same.

Tikka's don't have clips-- sorry it's just one of those things that really bothers me for some reason

Idk but mine were too tight. I could push them down but the spring and follower would not push them up, it wasn't off by much but it would not function for me, the ammo was stuck below the lips
