Three antlered buck

At my house, my water softener salty discharge is pumped behind my house to a low spot via my sump pump. Over 22 years, this created a salt lock that the deer found. Yesterday morning, I got a pick of this buck with my cell phone, notice the third beam sticking out the side of his head in front of his ear. Do you think he will survive??

That is an awesome buck.
Many years ago I found a dead head and it was a basic 10 but on the left side below the base was another antler with 5 more points on it

I shot an 8 Point Doe on the border of NY and PA.
I got a not so good Mount from our Taxidermist.
Doe with antlers are one in thousands.
I did a lot of research on "Antlers" and there is genetics and hormones.
