Thinking of Upgrading my LR Rifle Scope

Im thinking about up grading my Rifle Scope from the Leupold VX-3i 4.5-14 CDS to the Huskemaw 4-16 x 42 Blue Diamond and would like your feedback on this scope or other recommendations you might have. I dont want to spend more than $1200 and the scope will be on my Custom Remington 700 6.5 Creedmoor.
