Here's an old one from the days when I used a public range,

A range officer was trying to help a relatively new shooter. Eventually, the range officer notices that the shooter had 7 Rem Mag ammo and a 7 Wby Mag rifle. When he asks the shooter if he realized that he bought 7 Rem Mag ammo, the guy tells him that he knew it, but the Weatherby ammo was just too expensive.

The one I remember the most........If you flip the safety off the velocity will increase 1000%.
