I believe Joel had 2 employees die in the last year…
Plus his actions are really getting popular (not that they weren't before)
So bottom line is this…
Everyone needs manpower, material, and equipment to produce these products that are in high demand. And it's getting to the point where manufacturers can't get any of those 3 integral pieces to stay ahead of the sales boom that has been going on for the last 2-3 years.
Widgets, boats, UTVs or actions… manufacturers cannot keep up

Yep very tough to keep up in times like this.
Especially when you need employees that care as much as you do about quality parts you produce.
If he lost two employees that explains why he's so backed up. Just glad it's not his health or personal issues.
