Rogersville Tennessee,
The range is in midway,(500) yd going up 31 to sneedville just past the top of the mountain on the left hand side of the road.
They have a sign next to the road now. It may have always been there just noticed it last year.

A bunch of guys from the plant have been said it's a good place to shoot. I haven't made it yet, but hope too soon.
