It sure does, ha! Those are good cartridges. If a .22LR is acting up, you go to the CCI Mini-Mags to 'test'. If those don't fire or feed right, it's the GUN and not the ammo.
I'm glad you found what the gun shoots best and have the scope mounted solidly at this point. Seems like you are good to go! And to think, someone earlier said: "Taurus and Rossi have never been known for accuracy. And there is no such thing as 'a really good' Leupold..." Seems like it's time to eat some crow
Your gun is plenty accurate and that Leupold seems "good" to "really good" to me.
