Anymore, I hate shooting 100 yards, I even hate 300 just as much. Anyone else have closterphobia like this? I get very impatient these days during load development at short range, and really probably settle for a littl less just to get out beyond that quicker. The white sheets of paper works good to 700-800 yards, keeping the black circles thin as I can to be able to see the bullet holes.... in the white.

Nothin like black dots on painted white steel after that tho.

I know what you mean. I was shooting at 1000yds New Years day and went to 100yds to zero a different rifle I changed scopes on and felt like I should just throw my bullets at the target

i like the 6" blue diamonds from sinclair-no problem seeing them at 1k and as u stated diamonds[imo]provide a more precise point of aim-my-2-dave
