Switching out Sako actions

I have both a AV SAko and Sako deluxe 7mm rem mag. I like the stock on the deluxe but the barrel is showing some wear. But the AV barrel and action are mint. Can I swap out the barrel and action from the av and put it on the deluxe and then visa versa. Thanks for any info. I need to know for sure before I try this.
