I had a similar experience this year with my daughter as well, 12 years old and she was able to harvest her first antelope.

If you were like me I don't know who was more excited her or me. I can't think of a better way to spend the hunting season.

Yes she field dressed it all herself while I held legs, then she helped finish the processing at home. She's real proud sharing that jerky with her friends.
