Sightron SIII is awesome and made in Japan. @gr8fuldoug can set you up with one to include rings for 699 that's a 6-24. Great glass and zero stop also. Not Chinese or Philippines garbage. The high end Arken is nice but you may as well strap a boat anchor on top if this is a hunting rig.

That is good to know. If the used SIII turns out to be as good as advertised may have to upgrade some other scopes. Thank you

Warranty and where they are made are big factors in my opinion. Weight is also critical for hunting. Leupold checks all these boxes.

I can't believe I'm going to endorse this scope but the Arken EP5 Gen 2 that just arrived in the mailbox is probably the Best Buy for a NIB sub $1k scope
