Been meaning to do some stress test videos with the rails we make. So we finally got around to doing our first YouTube Video.

we mounted an arca mini to the stock with 1/4-20 fasteners via helicoils installed into the stock to see what would fail first of loaded up to 20 lbs (21 in the video). It didn't fail so that's good! The next video we will be doing will be some round stock with 10-32 tapped holes. This will give us exact numbers on what it actually takes to force the mount to fail.

We make hunting orientated stuff and cut weight where we can! The arca mini is extremely light and when you add the fasteners it strengthens the rail sucking it up against the stock and reinforcing the whole rail system. 7075 aluminum is awesome material and significantly stronger than 6061 aluminum.

Sorry about the bad video quality... not sure why the uploaded video quality is so low.

Ken makes great equipment! I would imagine most stocks will give before one of these rails will. I've been using his mini arca rail, a pic-arca rail, and a titanium self timing brake for a year. These items are top notch and worth every penny, and then some.
