Just picked this up a couple weeks ago thinking it'd be perfect for my 22 but I found myself wanting more X's and the parallax doesn't go as low as I'd like. It's in excellent condition, includes original box, manual, and cleaning cloth, as well as a Steiner throw lever and Burris flip caps, $80 extras.
