Steel plate rack?

Just bought a couple steel plates off the Classifieds. Does anyone have a good method for building a swinging rack for a guy that doesn't weld. I was thinking threaded galvanized. PVC or ABS would get tore up by lead splatter.

Anyone?

What about some 1 inch steel gas pipe ? just a thought it comes in many diffrent sizes and threads together. You could drill a hole in it and bolt some chain to it to hang the targets from just some ideas.
