Starting load and seating depth...

I plan to work up loads for my 300 win mag and 300 rum. They plan is below. Does this seem good? What do y'all do? Also, what seating depth should I start at?

300 Win Mag
H1000, 215M Primers, Once fired ABM brass, 215 Berger hybrid
Load 73 to 79 grains
One grain increments till 76 then got 0.5 grain increments to 79
Find first sign pressure should be near 3000 FPS
Load three rounds of 1, 1.5, and 2 grain less than max

300 Rum
IMR 8133, 215M Primers, Once fired Nosler brass, 230 Berger
Load 89 to 93 grains
Half grain increments
Find first pressure sign should be near 3150 FPS
Load three rounds of 1, 1.5, and 2 grain less than max

Before powder testing, you should do full seating testing, while 2nd fire forming of cases.
