These powders are interesting. Superformance is capable of insanely high velocities but only in very specific case to bore to bullet weight ratios. Hodgdon/hornady even admit this, saying "where it works it REALLY works"I hate it when new powders come out and are inflamed with velocities that don't hold truth just for marketing! Superfomance is a big culprit along with 6.5Stabal. VV is about the only one with truth and maybe LRT. I state this on velocity only, not accuracy.
Staball HD
I use 57.5 - 58.8 grains of Staball HD in my 6.5-06's with 140 grain bullets, usually 140 SST's, Barnes Match Burners, & ELDM's. Velocities are from 2815 to 2875.

Yep! It's on my list of powders to try in my .257 WBY. @Bghunter338 had a promising test with his 25-7MM Blaser and 163 Chinchaga. That's really good to see. I'm in the process of getting a 8 twist 25-06 Ackley improved together and by all accounts this might be THE powder to push the 134 eld m.
Works good with the 145gr blackholes too.Yep! It's on my list of powders to try in my .257 WBY. @Bghunter338 had a promising test with his 25-7MM Blaser and 163 Chinchaga.
