Spotting scopes with HD glass

Check out a $2300 Swarovski spotter today at Cabela's ,compared it to a cabela's Krotos . Comparison between the two was astronomical . It was like comparing diamonds to rock salt. I returned my 20x60x85mm Krotos ,happy Czabela's took it back with no questions .

As for the (high def.) glass in any scope, be sure to research it and not just take what is said by those selling it or those who own it.
Fact is that very little glass in (any) scope advertised as having it is actually the higher quality glass.
The inner element of the objective lens (only) is actually the higher priced glass and all the rest is the exact same glass as the regular scopes.
Marketing regulations allow manufacturers to advertise the higher quality glass as though it is used thruout, when in fact very little
is actually used.
Put any of them side by side at the same time, and only the owner will see any difference.
