I love it! It's a staple as far as kitchen appliances go in our house. You would be surprised what you can cook in a bag. What's even more surprising is how good the food tastes and how tender meat finishes. I pretty much only do sous vide steaks now too...from any species. Lastly...it's really easy.This is something new I've been looking at. I've been thinking about buying my wife a sous vide for Christmas. Everyone I talk to loves them even for wild game.
Check out Guga's channel called "sous vide everything" on youtube. He has a great channel to get your mouth watering and get motivated to buy a sous vide.
Sorry @FEENIX. I don't want to derail your thread. Your turkey looks amazing and I think that's a fantastic technique as well.
