What type of weather should I expect and pack for the first week of october?

How much will I have to worry about theft at the camp while out hunting?

Keep all valuables locked up just like you would at home. I chain our generator if it's outside and running while we're gone along with our propane tanks and gas cans to a trailer tire since all are worth a lot and can be carried off easily. I put it inside the trailer if it's not in use.

Waiting for draw results is excruciating lol. At least there is a plan B for us if not drawn.

I don't think you have to worry about theft from your camp.

Weather, expect anywhere from Hot and Dry to the Sheriff's rescue unit having to come and get you because your snowed it.

I've seen that and everything in between.

I pulled a doe tag. No buck tag for me this year. The unit went from <1 drawning 100% to drawing out at 2. Bah.
