Is is a sporter. No idea on round count but based on the very little wear on all of it, I would say it's very very low. I believe this would be a 70's gun. As far as I know I am the second owner. The bore is bright and shiny, muzzle still has its bluing. Here are photos. No rings although the leupolds can be had for about $40
